Functional possibilities of photo receivers with controllable spectrum

Description
The functional possibilities of photo receiver with controllable radiation spectrum are investigated. The photo receiver was produced on the basis of ZnxCd1-xS solid solution with the columnar structure and having the inversion of photoEMF sing. The control way of position of photoEMF inversion point and the radiation spectrum follower are suggested.(author)
