Acceleration of electrons by succesion of plasma resonances in a laminated plasma

Description
Acceleration of electrons in a bounded laminated collisionless plasma, being in the HF pumping field, is under discussion. Expressions for accelerated electron fluxes and their mean energy are obtained. It is shown that a relatively wide energy range is formed on a distribution function, which, to a sufficient extent of accuracy, may be approximated by the Maxwell distribution function in the case of enough distance from plasma boundaries
