The logic design of multi-module and multi-signal function-testing on the nuclear reactor protection system

Creators

Description

The nuclear reactor protection system consists of over three hundred and sixty pieces of NIM module with different functions. How to test the logical function of these modules with uncertain inlet and outlet and with different logic combinations is a key procedure which will ensure the normal function of every NIM module before the whole system is complexly adjusted. It limits greatly the later stages of the system assembling the adjusting efficiency and reliability. The author presents the logical function-testing table of the NIM modules in the nuclear reactor protection system, which is capable of giving the testing results rapidly and accurately for different combinations of inlet and outlet signals of electric potential, pulse and triggering point
