Some spectroscopic problems in the bag theory of quark confinement
Creators
- 1. Stanford Linear Accelerator Center, Calif. (USA)
- 2. Massachusetts Inst. of Tech., Cambridge (USA)
Description
In addition to conventional mesons and baryons, the bag model predicts the existence of several classes of unusual hadrons. Here the spectroscopy of two classes of unconventional hadrons is discussed: first are the Q2 anti-Q2 mesons; second are Q3 baryons or Q anti-Q mesons with quantum numbers forbidden by the non-relativistic quark model
