Expansion of the laser plasma in a uniform magnetic field

Description
An effect has been recorded experimentally for the first time which consists in different luminescence of spectral lines of ions in the laser plasma with different multiplicity of ionization when the plasma expands into vaccum in an external transverse magnetic field with the induction up to 0.3 T. The performed numerical simulation makes it possible to explain qualitatively the observed luminescence pattern
