The 1983 adjustment of the fundamental physical constants
Description
The author describes the new fixation of the value of the light velocity by the hitherto accuratest measured value and new determinations of the Rydberg constant, the magnetic moment of the proton, the g factor of the electron and the muon, the hyperfine splitting frequency of the ground state in hydrogen, the magnetic moment of the muon, the quantized Hall constant, the gyromagnetic ratio of the proton, and the Avogadro constant.
