The paramagnetic defects of cubic boron nitride, synthesized using the high pressure devices

Description
The results of the ESR studies of single crystals and micro powders of cubic boron nitride synthesized in catalytic systems with an excess of nitrogen and boron, including those after thermal and radiative treatments, are reported. This paper presents a discussion of the quantitative dependences of the paramagnetic centers characteristics and also on a determination of the cubic boron nitride defects nature
