The aim of paper is to continue the run of investigations into spontaneous (over thermal) emission under fluctuation reconstruction of the structure using BeO model low-symmetrical wide-band dielectric as an example with application of techniques of modulation thermoactivation spectroscopy of capture centers and of the model of structure fluctuation reconstruction
