Description
In this article the author examines those ancillary policies or activities that will assure that nuclear power gets a fair market test in a dynamic energy market. Topics included are ownership of nuclear plants, open markets, and high-level nuclear waste. The author advocates allowing market forces to dictate whether the nuclear industry survives and prospers
