Moessbauer spectroscopy of the phase transition in Sn0.8Ge0.2Te
Description
The Moessbauer spectroscopic investigations of Sn0.8Ge0.2Te semiconductor-ferroelectric on Sn119 nuclei in the 80-297 K temperature range are considered. BaSn119mO3 was used as a source of γ quanta, the measurements were carried out on powder-absorbers. An anomalous behaviour of the Moessbauer effect probability was observed near the ferroelectric phase transition in Sn0.8Ge0.2Te and the theoretical dependence f'(T), which rather well describes the experimental results, was calculated
