Pyroeffect in γ-irradiated triglycine fluoberyllate crystals doped with L-α-alanine

Description
A study was made on temperature dependences of pyroelectric coefficients and polarization of γ-irradiated crystals of triglicine fluoberyllate, doped with L-α-alanine impurity. The values of bias internal fields in the given crystals for different γ-irradiation doses were calculated
