Description
Some results are presented from a two-dimensional ray-tracing computation of electron cyclotron emission from DITE tokamak where the ray paths in the plane perpendicular to the magnetic field are determined by the Appleton-Hartree dispersion relations. By tracing rays backwards from an antenna the effect of refraction on the antenna pattern is investigated. (author)
