The purpose of this technical paper is to discuss San Onofre's experience from a chemistry standpoint during the startup of the secondary cycle following the chemical cleaning of steam generators. In addition, a startup strategy is presented, where lessons learned from the unit 2 startup were incorporated into that for unit 3
