Crystal structure of (NH4)2(UO2)2(CrO4)3 · 6H2O

Description

Results of X-ray diffraction study of (NH4)2(UO2)2(CrO4)3 · 6H2O monocrystals are presented. It is shown that the structure contains laminated complex groups of [(UO2)2(CrO4)3 · 2 H2O]2- composition, which belong to A2T23B2M1 (A = UO2) crystallochemical group of uranyl complexes. Monoclinic lattice parameters: a = 10.776(2), b = 14.765(3), c = 14.138(3) A, β = 107.97(3) deg; Z = 4; sp. gr. P21/c. Topological peculiarities of uranyl complexes with UO22+ : XO42- = 2 : 3 ratio (X = Se or Cr) were analyzed. 8 refs., 2 figs., 3 tabs
