Description

The thesis combined the physical problem in production of high-speed rolling machine and 8D technology to resolve the process control. It applied the 8D technology in the problem of assemble and length out of range, assuring the qualification of components and parts. At the same time, the thesis chased down the radical cause and brought forward improvement measure aiming at problems. In addition, the 8D technology has been applied in work index out of range, performance parameter below grade and dimension out of same, and the result showed that the effect is better. (authors)
