Description

Generally, the catalogue should prove valuable for the comparison of the X-ray spectra used at the different national primary standard laboratories for different types of instruments, and the recommendations by international organisations. Der Katalog soll allgemein zum Vergleich von Roentgenspektren verschiedener nationaler Standardlaboratorien fuer verschiedene Instrumente mit den Empfehlungen internationaler Organisationen dienen. Aus diesen und anderen Gruenden war die Nachfrage nach dem Katalog so stark, dass hier eine neue, verbesserte Ausgabe vorgelegt wird. (orig.)
