The Metrology of Coated Particle Fuel for High Temperature Reactors
Description
The methods currently used to measure coated particle and kernel diameters, and coating thicknesses are described. The errors inherent in each technique are discussed and methods are compared. The part that the techniques might play in a production environment are briefly discussed. (author)
