Description

A number of drawbacks found in the paper 'Bhatia–Thornton fluctuations, transport and ordering in partially ordered Al–Cu alloys' are considered. In particular, it is shown that this paper misleads readers confusing two different approaches—the mean spherical approximation and the random phase approximation. (paper: classical statistical mechanics, equilibrium and non-equilibrium)
