RP-10: commissioning. Reproduction by physical experiences calculation
Description
This work presents the neutronic calculation results, most of which were carried out after such experiences, to verify the calculation methodology developed at the Analysis and Calculation Department of the National Atomic Energy Commission (CNEA). The results obtained were satisfactory, proving that the calculation methodology used is adequate for the design of this type of reactors. The only important disagreement is to evaluate the reactivity excess and cut reactivity, but this responds to a criterion difference and/or that of definition for these parameters. The positions of criticality with errors lower than 100 pcm were predicted. The differential and integral reactivities for the calibration of bars, as well as the flux distribution, are reproduced in a reasonable degree in relation to differences inferior to 10%. (Author)

Se presentan aqui los resultados de los calculos neutronicos, muchos de los cuales fueron realizados a posteriori de dichas experiencias, para comprobar la metodologia de calculo desarrollada en el Departamento de Calculo y Analisis de la Comision Nacional de Energia Atomica (CNEA). Se consideran satisfactorios los resultados obtenidos, verificandose que la metodologia de calculo utilizada es adecuada para el diseno de este tipo de reactores. El unico desacuerdo importante con la experiencia aparece al evaluar el exceso de reactividad y la reactividad de corte, pero esto se debe mas a una diferencia de criterio y/o de definicion de estos parametros. Se predicen las posiciones de critico con errores menores que 100 pcm. Las reactividades diferenciales e integrales en la calibracion de barras, asi como la distribucion de flujos, se reproducen con un grado razonable de acuerdo con diferencias en general inferiores al 10%.
