Regulation of nuclear and radiation facilities
Description
This safety code on regulation of nuclear and radiation facilities spell out the minimum safety related requirements/obligations to be met by a nuclear or radiation facility to qualify for the issue of regulatory consent at every stage leading to eventual operation. The code also elaborates on the regulatory inspection and enforcement to be carried out by the regulatory body on such facilities
