Description
The vacuum control in the 3 MeV electron beam accelerator has been designed such that it can be operated in a stand-alone mode. In addition, the vacuum controller can coordinate with the main control system of the accelerator. The micro controller based system developed can be used for other vacuum systems by reprogramming the micro controller. (author)
