New data on composition and polymorphism of niobates and tantalates of alkaline earth metals

Description
The preparation conditions, stability and some physicochemical properties of niobates and tantalates of alkaline earth metals are considered, polymorphism is investigated and the parameters of the unit cells of all formed compounds, are determined. On the base of roentgenophase and differential-thermal analyses T-x diagrams of the SrO-Nb2O5 and BaO-Nb2O5 systems are plotted
