Effect of temperature on the integral characteristics of pulsed remagnetization of ferrite garnet films

Description
Effect of temperature on integral characteristics of pulsed remagnetization of bismuth-containing monocrystal films of ferrite-garnets (MFFG) (Bi, Tm)3(FeGa)5O12, (BiJ, Lu)3(Fe, Ga)5O12 was investigated. It is shown that remagnetization curves τ2-1 (H), the form of which reflects MFFG heterogeneity, as a rule, monotonously shift towards smaller H with temperature growth towards smaller H with temperature growth
