Isotopic analysis of deuterated organic compounds using triple NMR 13C-(1H,2D)

  • 1. Moskovskij Gosudarstvennyj Univ. (USSR)

Description

The technique for the 13C-(1H, 2D) triple heteronuclear resonance with the simultaneous irradiation of deuterium protons and atoms is used for the extension of possibilities of the isotopic analysis using 13C spectroscopy. This method is particularly effective to analyze polydeuterated compounds, cyclohexylcarbinol-D2 and deuterated N-(α-phenyl-ethyl)-4-keto-Δsup(9,10) octahydroquinoline in particular
