Construction of (lambda phi4 - sigma phi2 - μ phi)3 quantum field models
Description
The construction of theories for boson field models in three dimensional space-time, which exhibit ultraviolet divergences, is discussed. In particular, the (lambda phi4 - sigma phi2 - μ phi)3 models are considered. The Euclidean approach, which makes clear the connection between field theory and statistical mechanics, is used. (P.D.)
