Registration of the multisecond pulse duration by means of the low-frequency recorder

Description

The electronic pulse duration converter which enables to perform documentary registration of the millisecond pulse shape on the paper tape of the low-frequency recorder is described. The converter comprises an equipment for analog signal recording and reading, analog data storage, as well as a control unit. The converter structural scheme is presented and its operation principles are considered. The main error of pulse shape conversion is determined by two reproduction error components. The first of them epsilon1 is connected with voltage change at the memory capacitor for the time of reading. The second component epsilon2 is connected with voltage change at the memory capacitor for the time of storage. In the developed converter epsilon1<= 2.5% and epsilon2<=0.5%
