Structure and properties of titanium alloys VT1-0, VT6, VT8, VT16 surface layers formed in the process of chemical or electrochemical treatment are investigated. The correlation between semiconductive properties, chemical and phase compositions of titanium alloys and quality of surface treatment is established. Исследована структура и свойства поверхностных слоев титановых сплавов ВТ1-0, ВТ6, ВТ8, ВТ16, формируемых в процессе химической (ХП) и электрохимической (ЭХП) полировки. Установлена корреляционная зависимость между элементным и фазовым составом титановых сплавов, полупроводниковыми свойствами и качеством обработки поверхности.
