Dissipative characteristics of superconducting films with an edge barrier

Description

Magnetic and dissipative characteristics of small-dimension superconducting samples are described with account of edge vortex penning. Magnetization curve for the whole cycle of external magnetic field variation was plotted. A threshold character of behaviour of power of dissipative losses from variable field amplitude was revealed. 8 refs., 2 figs
