Valves for thermal and nuclear power plants producted in Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia
Creators
Description
Basic characteristics of valves for NPPs produced in Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia are presented. The Czechoslovakian industry produces for NPP units isolating and isolating-regulating valves of a bellow type with diameters of 6, 10, 15, 25 and 40 mm for the pressure of 2.5, 4, 10 MPa and ball cocks (1000 mm2 in - diameter, for the pressure of 8 MPa) as well as gate valves able to operate at the pressure of 4-20 MPa and temperature upto 350 deg C. The Yugoslavian enterprices produce valves 50-300 mm in-diameter using pig iron and steel castings, stainles steels, brass, bronze, and nonmetal materials. The valves have hand, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic drives
