Description

The effect of annealing was studied on microstructure, texture, mechanical and thermoelectric properties of extrusion materials of different composition with p- and n-type conductivity. It was shown that primary recrystallization began already in extrusion in material of p-type of conductivity, secondary - after 400 h. of annealing at 570 and 620 K. At the same time precipitation of the second phase rich in tellurium was observed. The processes of recrystallization were delayed in material of n-type conductivity. Primary recrystallization leads to decrease of charge carrier mobility, electroconductivity decreases. In the case of secondary recrystallization electric conductivity increases
