Iodine Orsec plan. Iodine pills distribution to the population. Vienne prefecture
Description
In case of nuclear accident or attack leading to the release of fission products in the atmosphere, an 'iodine' emergency plan is triggered by the regional prefect and relayed by the municipality majors which foresees the distribution of potassium iodide pills to the population. This document describes the step-by-step procedure of implementation of this plan at the scale of the Vienne department
