Proper electromagnetic radiation of high-temperature superconducting thin film junctions

Narrow-band radiation of electromagnetic waves at the 21 GHz frequency with the intensuty of up to 3x10-11W, conditioned by coherent magnetic flux (vortex) quantum motion through the superconducting granular film under effect of transport current, is experimentally detected in high-temperature superconducting junctions
