Contribution to the study of zinc and cadmium diffusions in InP and In0,97 Ga0,03 As0,08 P0,92 quaternary compound

Description

The zinc and cadmium diffusions in In0,97 Ga0,03 As0,08 P0,92 and InP, using sealed blister method, are studied. The consequences of fick law in diffusion processes are analysed. The diffusion measuring methods and carried out adjustments are described. (M.C.K.)

Estudam-se as difusoes de zinco e cadmio nas ligas In0,97 Ga0,03 As0,08 P0,92 e InP, usando-se o metodo da amplola selada. Analisam-se as consequencias da lei de Fick nos processos de difusao. Descrevem-se os metodos de medidas de difusao e os ajuste realizados. (M.C.K.)
