Description

Full text: The extended 194Ir excited level scheme [1] is interpreted in terms of U(ν)(6/12) x U(π)(6/4) supersymmetry model. The negative parity level energies of 194Ir are calculated employing model parameter values obtained from the analogous calculations for 192,193Os and 193Ir. While the results obtained for the 194Ir level energies and spin values are in more than satisfactory agreement with the experimental 194Ir level scheme, the results obtained for the (d,α) reaction cross sections agree with experimental data unsatisfactory. It means that the 194Ir nucleus is less suitable for the role of supersymmetry scheme nucleus than its neighbour 196Au, which differs only by two protons. (Authors)
