The influence of cystamine and diethylstilbestrol on proliferative activity and differentiation of bone marrow cells
Description
In studying the combined effect of cystamine and diethylstilbestrol on the haemopoietic bone marrow tissue of irradiated mice, by the method of exogenous colony formation in the small intestine mesentery and by the method of autoradiography, it was shown that the use of this complex enhanced the proliferation of all compartments of haemopoietic bone marrow cells and changed their differentiation direction toward a granulocytic series
