Description

Diagram of phase equilibrium of the system Cd-Ag-Se in cross sections Ag2Se-CdSe, CdSe-Ag is investigated. It is found that coordinates of lines on the first mentioned cross-section depend slightly enough on selenium pressure. Compositions of phases coexisting in the region Ag-Ag2Se-CdSe-Cd are determined. Monovariant equilibrium of two chalcogenide and metal phases is characterized by cadmium vapour pressure. A scheme of phase equilibrium diagram for the temperature range 616-890 deg C is presented
