The luminescence and photoconductivity of Cs3Bi2Br9 single crystals
Description
The luminescence and photoconductivity of the ordered perovskite Cs3Bi2Br9 are reported. The observed transitions in the excitation spectrum are explained using the band scheme which has been proposed for CsPbBr3. The emission spectrum contains the free exciton line, but is mainly due to the recombination of excitons bound to defects or impurities in the crystal lattice. (orig.)
