The Moessbauer effect and magnetic susceptibilities in Ga2Se3:57Fe single crystals
- 1. AN Azerbajdzhanskoj SSR, Baku. Inst. Fiziki
Description
In order to get information on the chemical activity of impurities in defect crystals measurements of the Moessbauer effect of 57Fe introduced into the Ga2Se3 lattice and of the temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibility of Ga2Se3:57Fe (2 at%) have been performed. From the results it is concluded that only a part of iron ions enters the Ga2Se3 compound and forms a chemical bond with the matrix atoms
