Coulomb interaction in the relativistic nuclear collisions

Description

In relativistic nuclear interaction, when the part of secondary particles pass through the cluster, the dynamic relation expressing Coulomb interaction of the electric charge between clusters with Tc1<10 MeV is observed. In connection with it a new 'management' experiment was suggested. The projectile nuclear multi-charged fragments are influenced to the production of charged pions with small transverse momentum. The analysis of the experimental data has been made in the theoretical frame-work of new modified FRITIOF and last version inner-nuclear evaporation models. The nuclear interaction data found from 2-meter propane bubble chamber were used. The investigation has been performed at the Laboratory of High Energy, JINR. (author)
