Neutron waveguiding properties of Co/Cu exchange coupled magnetic superlattice

Description

Neutron waveguiding properties of antiferromagnetically exchange coupled Co/Cu magnetic superlattice are demonstrated. Neutron propagation in this kind of multi-quantum well-type waveguide is spin-dependent. The proposed novel guiding structure exhibits simultaneously electron spin-dependent transport and neutron waveguiding properties. The neutron waveguiding can be another interesting method of analysis of such structures. We applied the multi-quantum well calculation method to these structures
