Distribution functions of the screening frequencies and limiting frequency of the Es layer
Description
Distribution functions of the screening frequencies and limiting frequency of the Es layer are theoretically studied. Estimates of their parameters are found. The higher accuracy of description of experimental data, obtained through distributions, is shown in comparison with earlier used ones
