P-odd effects in neutron interaction with 117Sn and 139La and positions of negative resonances

Description
The results of measurements of three different P-violating effects in slow neutron interaction with 117Sn and 139La nuclei are analyzed. It is shown that some discrepancies for the 117Sn nucleus may be removed under an assumption that the negative S-wave level is close to thermal point. This assumption can be checked by the energy dependence measurement of the radiation capture cross section calculated in the present paper
