Sccounting for integral and differential nonlinearities of multi-channel measuring systems

Description

The article deals with the procedure for restoration of the distributions disturbed in the course of investigation by uneven width of the channels in the multichannel metering system. Transition from uneven scale X against which the measurements are taken to even width scale Y is accomplished by means of relation G(Y)=F(X)(dx/dy) where F(X) is the measured spectrum, G(Y)-the spectrum under investigation. Function (dx/dy) represents the non-linearity of the metering system. The given algorithms are easily elaborated by the computer. This article also presents the program ALGOL-60 for correcting the spectra with due regard for the metering system non-linearity
