Description
The radioactive aerosols generated during various operations in nuclear fuel cycle facilities such as reprocessing and waste management facilities mainly consist of Cs and Sr nitrate compounds in the form of CsNO3 and Sr(NO3)2. Inadvertent inhalation of these contaminants may lead to intake and internal exposure to the radiation workers. The present study aims to carry out the particle size distribution of Cs and Sr nitrate aerosols in the range of 0.25 to 32 μm. and compare the results with the standard test aerosols
