Energy weighted moments in the problems of fragmentation
Description
Method for calculting energy-weighted moments of strength function in the fragmentation problems, using symmetric material matrix spectrum analysis is proposed. Fragmentation problem is solved within the framework of nucleus quasiparticle-phonon model
