Description
We use the dispersion-theoretic approach to the calculation of long-range forces to compute the potential V2γ arising from two-photon exchange between a charged or neutral spin-0 particle and a charged spin-1/2 particle. We show that, with a suitable choice of one-photon-exchange potential, the leading term at large distances of the spin-independent part of V2γ is the same as that found previously for two spin-0 particles. We obtain explicit results for the leading terms of the spin-dependent part of V2γ
