Phonon spectra and thermodynamic properties of UO2, PuO2, NpO2, ThO2

Description
The results of phonon spectra calculations of UO2, PuO2, NpO2, ThO2 crystals are given, calculations are carried out using Born-Mayer model in frozen sublattices approximation. Specific heat and entropy of these oxides depending on temperature are calculated. It is shown that calculation results agree well with experimental data within 0-1500 K temperature range, i.e. up to superionic transition

Представлены результаты расчетов фононных спектров кристаллов UO2, PuO2, NpO2, ThO2, которые выполнены в модели Борна-Майера в приближении замороженных подрешеток. Рассчитана теплоемкость и энтропия этих оксидов в зависимости от температуры. Показано, что результаты расчетов хорошо согласуются с экспериментальными данными в диапазоне температур от 0 до 1500 К, т.е. до суперионного переходаAdditional details
