All the atoms lie on mirror planes. The structure of PbV2O6(II) differs from that of other MX2O6 systems and consists of columns of double chains of edge-sharing VO5 square pyramids which extend infinitely along b axis; Pb atoms are interspersed. (orig./TWO)
