Analytical calculation of efficiency of a hydrocarbon scintillator as a neutron detector

Description
An analytic method to calculate the neutron-detection efficiency of a scintillator is described. This method takes into account nuclear reactions on carbon which are important above 10 MeV. The results are in a good agreement with those of 05S code despite some differences around Esub(n) = 14 MeV and for Esub(n) > 20 MeV
