Phase modification in ferrites sintered under impact of intensive electron irradiation

Description
Homogeneity of ferrite ceramics manufactured by radiation-thermal technique and sintered by traditional thermal technology is examined with help X-ray diffractometry method. As object of study serves Li-Ti ferrospinel synthesized by ceramic technology from oxides mixtures. Irradiation of pressing samples is carried out by impulse electron beam with E=2 MeV. Sintering temperate consists of 1100 deg C. Conducted researches prove early assumption about radiation intensification of parasite phase dissolution under radiation-thermal sintering of non-homogenous ferrites
